Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact, delivering expert guidance and support throughout the client relationship.
- Identify and understand clients' business goals to create customized strategies that align with their objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and discover new collaboration opportunities.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to implement improvements in service and product offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address client challenges.
- Ability to navigate complex business scenarios and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional client value.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
