Responsibilities

  • Assist Swedish-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and bookings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve booking issues and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery based on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about current events and trends in the entertainment industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
