Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries through various communication methods.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and tracking.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow company guidelines and standards to maintain quality and service compliance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is beneficial, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience with customer support software is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
