Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional frontline support to Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Document customer interactions to contribute to improved service quality.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to enrich customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
