Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Swedish-speaking players through various channels, including forums, social media, and live chat.
- Address gameplay questions, technical problems, and community feedback promptly and professionally.
- Foster community interaction and help maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all players.
- Collaborate with the development team to share player insights and suggestions for game and community improvements.
- Stay updated on game content, features, and community standards to deliver accurate and helpful information.
- Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall player experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
- A strong passion for gaming, with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
- Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment.
