Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding helpdesk support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of customer inquiries and technical challenges.
  • Effectively communicate solutions and guidance to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve support processes and share knowledge.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
