Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a Swedish Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service and ready to assist our valued clients.

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers, addressing their technical issues and inquiries through various communication channels. Your expertise and commitment to resolving customer concerns will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and efficient helpdesk support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality and effectiveness.
  • Inform customers about product features and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and technical advancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID is required.
