Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-game support to Swedish-speaking players via chat and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gameplay, account management, and technical inquiries.
- Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with game developers and other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Engage with the gaming community to provide guidance and share best practices.
- Stay updated on game features, updates, and trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is a plus.
- A strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and common technical support methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent player experiences.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
