Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional mobile support to Swedish-speaking customers through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications, devices, and service functionality.
- Guide users through app installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes.
- Document support interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer service management system.
- Stay up to date on product updates and mobile technology trends to provide informed support.
- Collaborate with product teams to share user feedback and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer service or mobile technical support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
- A genuine interest in mobile technology and a commitment to helping users succeed.
- Experience with customer support tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
