As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will assist customers primarily in Swedish, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they encounter. Your linguistic abilities, coupled with a strong dedication to customer service, will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Swedish and additional languages as necessary
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer needs
- Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide the best assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
