As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will engage with customers in Swedish and other languages, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues they encounter, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Your linguistic skills combined with a service-oriented approach will be essential in fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish and other required languages
- Deliver accurate information concerning products and services to customers
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions to ensure comprehensive tracking
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficient in customer service software and general computer skills
