In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, tasked with providing exceptional service to our Swedish-speaking customers. Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Swedish-speaking clients.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their understanding and experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and address complex customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and policies to provide reliable support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and a dedication to helping customers succeed.
