  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, platform navigation, and technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and new features to provide accurate assistance.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to support platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with users effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially within an online context, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
