Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone in Swedish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, platform navigation, and technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Stay informed about platform updates and new features to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to support platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with users effectively.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially within an online context, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
