Responsibilities
- Assist Swedish-speaking clients in exploring our product range and delivering personalized recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and assist in closing sales.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to the improvement of product offerings.
- Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consulting is advantageous.
- Strong ability to clearly communicate complex product information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to helping clients succeed with effective product solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus.
