Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality service desk support to Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of technical issues concerning our products and services.
- Assist users in navigating common procedures and delivering effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the service desk management system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Remain informed about product updates and enhancements to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential, with a strong command of English preferred.
- Prior experience in a service desk or technical support position is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
