Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect user feedback and insights to continuously improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with different teams to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about best practices and trends in social media support.
  • Document user interactions for quality assurance and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
