Responsibilities
- Manage the software implementation process for clients, ensuring their unique requirements are addressed.

Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software implementation or a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
