Responsibilities

  • Manage the software implementation process for clients, ensuring their unique requirements are addressed.
  • Collaborate with clients to customize software configurations that align with their needs.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower users to effectively utilize the software.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process and client interactions.
  • Work in tandem with the product development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in software implementation or a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and success.
