Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to Swedish-speaking users through email, chat, and phone communications.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to the streaming service.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account setup, navigation, and subscription details.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex challenges as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with platform updates and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous, but motivated individuals without experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to empathize with users.
- Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms or relevant technology is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary.
