Responsibilities
- Offer prompt and effective support to Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical problems related to our products and services.
- Clearly communicate solutions and instructions to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the support database accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and share knowledge.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical assistance role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to provide exceptional support is essential.
