Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to effectively escalate complex issues when needed.
- Stay informed about product features and updates to provide accurate assistance to clients.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possession of a valid European Passport or ID may be required.
