In this crucial role, you will engage with our Swedish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional technical support and guiding them in maximizing the benefits of our products and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, as you serve as their trusted technical advisor.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact for Swedish-speaking clients, providing specialized support and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Evaluate and understand client requirements to propose effective technical strategies and solutions.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless integration of our services.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot any issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular engagements and meetings to assess client health and discuss their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of technology, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and account management software is a plus.
