Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of technical issues.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities for better utilization.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required, along with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills aimed at ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
