Responsibilities
- Assist Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and tailored itineraries.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings for future reference.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends and company services to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on assisting customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
