Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and regulations to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with various teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and travel updates to provide the best information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the travel sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms is beneficial.
