- Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Manage booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and regulations to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with various teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and travel updates to provide the best information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the travel sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms is beneficial.
