Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to VIP Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries are handled with precision.
- Address and resolve complex issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on the specific needs and preferences of each VIP client.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our support database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service enhancements to provide effective assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a bonus.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a VIP or high-touch environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
