Systems Engineer

Job Summary

The Sr. Infra Developer will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure systems focusing on Splunk Admin and Grafana. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts the candidate will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys success in the Merchandising Finance and Accounting domains. This role requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize infrastructure systems to ensure seamless operations and high availability.
• Implement and maintain Splunk Admin and Grafana solutions to enhance system monitoring and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems.
• Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all infrastructure activities.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and tools.
• Work closely with the Merchandising Finance and Accounting teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys infrastructure remains competitive.
• Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects to support business growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on infrastructure status and projects.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Splunk Admin and Grafana with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Merchandising Finance and Accounting domains enhancing infrastructure solutions.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
