Tableau Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Architect with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Tableau CRM Analytics and related technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust data solutions leveraging Tableaus suite of tools to drive business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive data solutions using Tableau CRM Analytics to meet business needs.
• Implement and optimize Tableau GPT for advanced data processing and insights generation.
• Utilize Tableau API to integrate and automate data workflows enhancing efficiency.
• Manage and configure Tableau Bridge to ensure secure and reliable data connectivity.
• Oversee data preparation processes using Tableau Prep ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
• Administer Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Conduct thorough Tableau Testing to validate data accuracy and visualization integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Ensure all data solutions align with organizational goals and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise in Tableau CRM Analytics and related tools with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Experience with UI/UX required.
• Possess strong skills in ANSI SQL and database management ensuring efficient data handling.
• Exhibit proficiency in Tableau Server and Cloud administration maintaining high availability and security.
• Showcase experience in data preparation and testing ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders translating technical concepts into business insights.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Sept 25th 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,848 K -$ 156,500 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
