We are hiring a Tactical Officer to oversee field execution of trade and merchandising strategies across retail outlets in Laguna. This role is responsible for monitoring in-store compliance, supervising field teams, and ensuring that brand and sales initiatives are effectively implemented on-ground. The ideal candidate has strong field experience and the ability to coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising execution, display compliance, and product availability.
- Supervise and support merchandisers and field staff in assigned areas.
- Coordinate implementation of trade promotions, activations, and product launches.
- Liaise with key store personnel to ensure smooth in-store operations.
- Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.
- Submit timely reports on field activities, inventory movement, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or sales supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel within Laguna and nearby provinces.
- Experience in FMCG or retail field operations is an advantage.
