We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to create a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule interviews, prepare and distribute related materials.
  • Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent.
  • Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to communicate hiring progress with leaders and candidates
  • Initiate and track pre-employment checks.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience in recruiting, human resources, or marketing.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience managing calendars and scheduling events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications used in recruitment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Details:

  • Locations: Peoria, IL; Irving, TX; or Clayton, NC
  • This is a Temporary/Supplemental position with limited healthcare benefits offered. Incumbent will receive holiday paid time off with an additional 10 days paid vacation time (for full working year, prorated at time of hire).
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Summary Pay Range:

$28.15 - $42.25

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
