On behalf of its client, a leading multinational security company, LMW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL)to oversee recruitment efforts across Greece.
In this dynamic and high-impact role, the TAL will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with People Managers, and deliver both high-volume and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to offer — for roles across the business.
- Partner with People Managers to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the daily work of Operational Recruiters and a TA Coordinator, driving performance and collaboration.
- Manage and continuously improve the ATS (e.g., Recruitee, Workable); analyze data, generate reports, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking), creating and executing effective sourcing strategies.
- Champion candidate experience by ensuring timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the process.
- Lead interviewing and assessment processes, leveraging psychometric tools and modern selection techniques.
- Coach and upskill hiring managers in best practices to promote consistency and quality in selection.
- Own and execute recruitment-related projects: Employer Branding, Career Fairs, Job Campaigns, Internship Programs, and more.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and record-keeping standards, including onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s in HR or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and solid understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Fluent in Greek, with strong proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and coach across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
