About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide expertise and lead in the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers.
What you will do:
- Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to be selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.

- Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
- Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction.
- Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.
- Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
- Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
- Level Working Knowledge:
- Surfaces new or unexpressed customer needs.
- Focuses product and service features and functions on the customer's critical success factors.
- Develops consistent methods for maintaining customer responsiveness.
- Delivers customer value within parameters of profitability and other targets.
- Escalates systemic problems that could affect customer satisfaction.
- Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
- Level Working Knowledge:
- Screens candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc.
- Follows Human Resources(HR) policies and standards during the candidate screening process.
- Files and maintains paper and electronic records of candidate information.
- Exchanges candidate and job information with hiring managers.
- Reviews candidates' resumes and cover letters from both professional and personal aspects.
- Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
- Level Working Knowledge:
- Assists in analyzing short-term and long-term candidate needs within the organization.
- Sources candidates through various channels within the organization.
- Solves job requirement, time limit, and budget issues during the candidate sourcing process.
- Follows Human Resources related regulations and sourcing policies and procedures.
- Operates candidate sourcing tools and software within the department.
- Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
- Level Working Knowledge:
- Prepares tools, record-keeping, and reports for applicant tracking.
- Researches common processes and techniques to source qualified candidates.
- Applies effective candidate selection techniques for a specific recruiting task.
- Provides staffing services for routine positions of major functions or departments in an organization.
- Assists in the implementation of current staffing goals, strategies and progress reports.
- Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
- Level Basic Understanding:
- Explains the organizational benefits of workforce analysis.
- Identifies basic methodologies and approaches in analyzing the workforce.
- Describes the basic concepts and features of workforce analysis.
- Discusses workforce analysis procedures and principles.
Preferred Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience using sourcing and recruiting tools to identify external talent (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms)
- Prior experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Additional Information:
- This position will be based out of Fort Worth, TX or Midland, TX.
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite Monday to Friday.
- Relocation will be provided for this position.
- Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
