Having ambitious growth plans for 2025, we are in need of an excellent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us!  The People Team consists of Natalia (Head of People), Marta & Beata (Talent Acquisition Specialists), and  Angelika (EB Marketing Specialists). We support our 80+ Droids On Roids team on a daily basis and make sure each and everyone is happy at the workplace and satisfied with their personal growth. We support grass-roots initiatives and run recruitment processes.

Marta and Beata have taken accountability for hiring new talents aligned with our values, and they accompany candidates throughout their whole recruitment experience at Droids On Roids. Angelika are accountable for attracting new hires and creating EB tactics on a daily basis. Natalia, in turn, conducts 1:1’s with employees, works with results of internal surveys, supports employees on a daily basis, and works with both Group Leaders and the Management Board.


The role: 

Your role will be to make sure we hire the right people aligned with our values, to take over the responsibilities of conducting interviews and sourcing candidates, to cooperate with recruitment teams and to question the status quo. Candidate experience is very important to us, thus we would like you to concentrate on this, as well as check upon the candidates feedback.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of commercial experience in IT recruitment
  • Are capable of managing full-cycle recruitment process
  • Know diverse recruitment interview techniques
  • Experience working closely with development teams and Hiring Managers, acting as a true recruitment partner,
  • Focus on candidate experience
  • Can recognize and analyze recruitment metrics
  • Proactively seek new sourcing opportunities
  • Fluent communicator in English and Polish, written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
  • Great communication and time-management skills
  • Know the specifics of the IT market

Your responsibilities:

  • Running full-cycle recruitment processes (end to end) together with recruitment competence team
  • Collecting the technical requirements from Group Leaders, technical teams or Hiring Managers,
  • Sourcing candidates through different channels
  • Coordinating phone calls and scheduling interviews
  • Taking active part in interviews with candidates
  • Collecting feedback from recruitment teams and providing it to candidates
  • Taking care of the candidate experience
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Participate in marketing meetings to promote job openings with other team members 
  • Contributing actively in preparing internal Academies and others initiatives 
  • Contacting external companies - contractors/outsourcers
