As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our growth in Colombia by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities. You'll work closely with hiring teams to design and execute efficient, inclusive, and values-aligned hiring processes.
How you’ll make an impact
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Create, post, and manage job openings across multiple platforms and channels.
- Source and engage top talent through a variety of methods (e.g., databases, referrals, social media, events).
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Support the implementation of assessments, skills tests, and structured feedback processes.
- Prepare and extend job offers, handling negotiations and ensuring successful closure.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support background checks and pre-onboarding activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate experience).
- Conduct market research to gather insights on compensation trends, salary benchmarks, and benefits competitiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Utilize and help optimize recruitment tools, systems, and technologies.
- Guide and train hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate engagement.
- Perform additional talent acquisition tasks as needed to support team and company goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
- English proficiency B2+
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods, including databases, referrals, events, and social media
- Knowledgeable in pre-employment checks, hiring, and onboarding coordination
- Capable of tracking recruitment metrics and implementing process improvements
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience recruiting for creative, marketing & advertising roles, preferred
