  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 recruiters and a sourcer: recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and day-to-day supervision.
  • Distribute vacancies and tasks across the team, monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure KPI alignment.
  • Design and implement effective candidate attraction strategies; conduct market research and evaluate regional hiring opportunities.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel metrics in the ATS to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage 1–2 complex roles independently.
  • Generate reports on key recruitment indicators, funnel effectiveness, team performance, and tool utilization.
  • Continuously optimize hiring processes and procedures.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current tools, services, and platforms; provide recommendations for improvement and onboarding of new solutions.
  • Define and monitor team KPIs; evaluate individual and collective performance.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects related to hiring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with the last 2 years in global talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in hiring across multiple regions and markets
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Advanced sourcing strategy knowledge tailored to regional and role-specific needs.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-based sourcing tools.
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1).

  • Strategic sourcing and talent pipeline management across various global markets.
  • Team leadership: delegation, coaching, feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in preparing and presenting analytical recruitment reports.
  • Strong track record of hiring process optimization, including workflow redesign.
  • Expertise in KPI definition, tracking, and evaluation.
  • Candidate assessment proficiency across all levels – from junior to executive.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience working in remote-first environments and/or U.S.-based companies.
  • A strong professional network in recruitment or sourcing communities.
