Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specializing in locating and engaging top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill positions across various industries. The ideal candidate is a proactive researcher, skilled networker, and strategic thinker who thrives on finding exceptional talent that others can't.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles for niche, high-demand, or senior-level positions.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Engage passive candidates and articulate compelling messages to generate interest in open roles.
  • Pre-screen and qualify leads before passing them on to the recruiting team.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting, preferably for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
  • Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency with Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak, understand read and write English.

Preferred:

  • Experience sourcing for roles in Manufacturing/Automotive/Sales/Skilled Trades
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies.
  • Prior experience in an agency or RPO environment is a plus.
