Requirements

As a Talent Systems Delivery Lead, you will oversee the performance and delivery of HR talent systems like Recruitment, Learning, and Talent Management platforms. You'll ensure smooth operations, lead service improvements, work with vendors, and help align the systems to business goals. This includes backlog management, agile planning, and supporting the overall Talent product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Manage HR systems and vendor performance across Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Apply Agile practices (JIRA, sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs and team capacity.
  • Track performance using KPIs and continuously drive improvements.
  • Recommend enhancements based on vendor roadmaps and innovations.
  • Use insights from service tickets and data to improve employee and HR experiences.
  • Manage critical incidents and ensure smooth communication and resolution.
  • Act as a system ambassador and represent the team in various forums.

Project & Change Management

  • Forecast and plan system changes and projects.
  • Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders and tech teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition of new developments into ongoing operations.

Governance & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on system performance.
  • Lead vendor reviews, manage audits, risk assessments, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Guide system testing, integration, and compliance activities.

People Management

  • Cross-train the team, ensure backup planning.
  • Support team growth through mentoring and feedback.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience with HR systems (preferably Workday, Cornerstone, or Gloat).
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery, vendor management, and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, agile methodology, and HR system integrations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage technical and business requirements effectively.
  • Experience mentoring team members and managing performance.
