$16 – $21 per hour

Ace Handyman Services is hiring a Team Coordinator to support scheduling, dispatch, and customer engagement operations. This is a high-impact, high-energy role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced home services environment and wants to be part of a trusted, growing brand.

This is a high call volume and fast paced role; this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will be responsible for all scheduling of craftsman jobs, taking potential customer lead calls and converting them into a booked job (with a high conversion rate) also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls
  • Support customers with scheduling, service coordination, and problem solving
  • Dispatch field technicians and manage dynamic calendars
  • Use Service Titan software (or similar) to manage workflows, scheduling, and updates
  • Provide sales and customer support with a focus on professionalism and speed

Requirements

  • Experienced in customer service or inside sales (1+ year preferred)
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable navigating home service systems and handling day-to-day scheduling
  • Must have Service Titan Software Experience or a similar platform
  • Previous home services, dispatch, or field ops coordination experience strongly preferred
