Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL V4 Service Now PL/SQL and Unix. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team in implementing and maintaining ITIL V4 processes to ensure efficient service management.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in PL/SQL to develop and optimize database queries and procedures.
  • Manage Unix systems ensuring their stability security and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes and their application in a business environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Service Now to meet organizational needs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization.
  • Show proficiency in managing Unix systems including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

ITIL V4 Foundation Certification Service Now Certified System Administrator Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
