Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL V4 Service Now PL/SQL and Unix. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in implementing and maintaining ITIL V4 processes to ensure efficient service management.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in PL/SQL to develop and optimize database queries and procedures.
- Manage Unix systems ensuring their stability security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes and their application in a business environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Service Now to meet organizational needs.
- Have in-depth knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization.
- Show proficiency in managing Unix systems including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
