In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our conversational AI solutions, integrating advanced technologies such as NLP and machine learning to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of conversational solutions, including chatbots and voice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Architect and design scalable systems that can handle real-time interactions and integrate various channels of communication.
  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational AI and incorporate relevant advancements into Sinch's offerings.
  • Ensure robust testing and deployment processes, maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
  • Actively contribute to the team’s success by driving initiatives, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience performing as technical lead of Software Development team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and conversational solutions.
  • Expertise in programming Low Code (Dialogue Flow, IBM Watson), NodeJS, JavaScript, Golang ou outras linguagens microsservices
  • Experience with NLP technologies and frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real-time messaging platforms and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
