Tech Project Manager (delivery)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery timelines for cross-functional teams.

• Help unblock teams and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

• Support squads in delivering customer-facing features for our digital banking platforms.

• Drive outcomes in a forward-thinking and innovative environment.

• Apply a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to your work.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).

• A background in coordinating digital projects or product delivery.

• Great communication and collaboration skills, especially with distributed teams.

• Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery pipelines.

• A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to grow.
