We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding compliance team at 3 Oaks Gaming on the Isle of Man as a Technical Compliance Specialist. If iGaming compliance is your area, then we want to hear from you. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across the multi-jurisdictional compliance sphere.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with market analysis to interpret legislation and identify requirements for new and existing jurisdictions.
- Maintain internal documentation including processes and knowledge bases across different jurisdictions as needed.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and communicate solutions to various teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and monitoring the status of deliverables and following up to keep projects on track.
- Assist in preparing relevant materials for various project types including games/RNG/RGS certifications.
- Act as a point of contact for various test labs working on several high-priority projects in parallel.
- Validate issues raised by the test labs, find solutions and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
- Help to maintain and update the project roadmap, raising potential risks and contributing to mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Support audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support management with any compliance related matters that may arise, be hands on and willing to assist.
You will work closely with:
- You will report to our Head of Compliance, but depending on the project you are working on, you will collaborate across business units.
Requirements
- Appropriate degree (business, legal or compliance).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an online gaming business.
- Knowledge of the games development process within the iGaming industry.
- Experience in analyzing, interpreting and implementing technical legislation.
- Experience in project management.
- Proven track record in games certification within the iGaming industry
- Exposure to audit processes, information security and risk management is a bonus.
