Technical Lead - Salesforce

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Tech Lead is responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce development, ensuring the design and implementation of scalable solutions. This role involves mentoring developers, optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals. The Tech Lead ensures adherence to best practices, oversees releases, and drives continuous improvement in Salesforce projects. Strong technical expertise in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) and leadership skills are key to success in this role.

Mandatory Skills:

· 8+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architecture.

· Strong hands-on skills in Apex, Salesforce APIs, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.

· Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware).

· Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

· Extensive experience with Salesforce frameworks and enterprise-level design patterns.

· Solid experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience with Agentforce and AI is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, project scope, and ensure timely delivery.

· Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.

· Manage technical risks, ensure data privacy, and maintain compliance with regulations.

· Write and manage technical design and requirement documents.

· Manage the technical delivery of components, including integrations.

· Provide expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery.

Oversee deployments, manage release cycles, and resolve issues during production launches

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):

Qualifications: Bachelor Of Computer Science and Engineering or Master of Computer Applications.

Certifications:

· Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

· Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

· Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer

Salary Range: >100,000
