Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with the software development life cycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, and build relationships to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Ability to manage ambiguous operationally programs with cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate and manage technical programs and drive them to landing.
- Work closely with Engineering, Program Manager, UX, cross-functional partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones/tasks.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Manage program execution and issues as they arise through design, development, test, and deploy, managing dependencies, identifying and communicating risks, and identifying mitigations.
- Ensure launch readiness, coordinate testing, rollout, post-launch monitoring. Identify, develop and implement process improvements to help teams scale.
