  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 8 years of experience in technical infrastructure or organizational transformation in a software environment.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience managing Technical Program Managers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with AI/ML.
  • Ability to manage the complexity of technologies, navigate ambiguity, and promote team adaptability.
  • Ability to foster a culture of agility and excellence.

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

In this role, you will serve as a Technical Program Management leader working to build the next generation Data platform, unlocking new AI powered user experiences. This is an opportunity to join and lead a Technical Program Manager team responsible for leading cross organizational engineering programs.

You will use your experience in leadership and problem solving. You will navigate ambiguity, partner with leadership, inspire their team and deliver outcomes. You will improve the programs and collaborations to achieve advances in and leveraging AI.
