As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a part of a closely cooperating expert group of people that are directly responsible for the delivery of our cutting-edge software products to customers all around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to:

📅 Within one month, you will…

  • Dive deep into our project management processes and methodologies
  • Shadow project manager and teams on current projects being delivered
  • Begin enhancing our materials with your fresh perspective and insights
  • Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services

📅 Within three months, you will…

  • Take ownership of your first client project, managing the solution deployment
  • Apply your expertise to plan, identify risks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Set and adjust delivery plan according to project needs
  • Actively contribute to internal improvements and OKRs

📅 Within six months, you will…

  • Master our standard processes and be able to lead projects independently
  • Handle basic technical discussions with customers and be able to understand technical colleagues to drive the project
  • Contribute improvements to our internal tools and processes

📅 Within one year, you will…

  • Become a trusted project manager to both internal teams and external clients
  • Address internal and escalations to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback into meaningful improvements

Working Hours & Location

  • Sao Paolo / Mexico City 
  • Hybrid 3+2 or 2+3

Willingness to travel up to 10–15% within the AMERICAS for key project milestones or workshops and 1-2 a year to our HQ in Bratislava.

Qualifications

  • Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
  • Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (spoken and written); both preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple software delivery projects simultaneously, across varied clients or verticals
  • Ability to maintain quality, stakeholder alignment, and technical coordination across a fast-paced delivery pipeline
  • University education in technology area or related studies
