- Receive and process technical requests from field technicians
- Lead RCA process with operational and engineering teams to identify and assign cause to system failures and create solutions for reduction in product holds associated with system deviations
- Ensuring the maintenance and improvement of the QMS in compliance with standards and company needs, contributing to the development of quality management procedures and other quality-related documents, and monitoring system compliance across all company locations
- Participate in and conduct training workshops to provide RCA coaching and practitioner-level training
- Verify the quality of field logline RCA from the different facilities and provide systematic feedback for enhancement of the process
- Participating in audits and implementing necessary improvements
Requirements
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management with a focus on solving technical problems
- Strong knowledge of RCA principles and how they integrate in daily basics
- Proficiency in technical knowledge to identify technical problems
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Problem-solving skills and a readiness to take responsibility for work results
- Communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a team
