Can you?
- Walk the walk: Firstly, we really need you to have credible experience and the skills to source great tech talent across software engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Machine Learning, and other highly required tech verticals. The ability to demonstrate how and who you have sourced locally, nationally and globally would be a real bonus.
- Own the t-shirt: Have worked in an internal talent function in resourcing or have an impressive agency background where you have sourced/filled multiple tech roles within 1 or more clients.
- Be inventive: Proactively resource and engage talent across multiple sourcing platforms and competently use AI and other power tools to support benchmarking, assessment and selection requirements. We would love to hear how you bring tech talent to your door.
- Embrace progression: Enjoy sourcing for now and the future. So, a demonstrated ability to build targeted talent pools and ensure effective communication and a great sourcing candidate journey.
- Get creative: Craft great outreach that is relevant to the tech community and demonstrate an articulate understanding of core technical languages.
- Take ownership: Be accountable for a robust pipeline of highly skilled candidates for hard-to-fill positions and maintaining personal information across a CRM/HRIS or ATS.
- Drive with data: Be comfortable with being measured and offering insight to support measurement but to also engage and develop your colleagues.
- Add real value: Be great at stakeholder engagement, be a fantastic advocate of Elements and truly understand and support hiring managers to benchmark talent and provide the right target messaging and hiring outcomes.

Working as part of the Elements team, means you have access to some of the best knowledge, talent tools and data insights on the market. Our embedded model leverages you for success. You get to work alongside our incredible talent partners and resources but work internally for our world-envious brands. Our growth = your growth.
We ask that you have a minimum of 2-3 years in a tech scaling brand, working in the core talent/ resourcing team, or experience as a lead resourcer agency side delivering volume hires into 1-2 key clients.
Positions are primarily offered as 6 month+ fixed term contracts, with the potential to extend and mobilise your capability across multiple clients within our portfolio. Positions are offered as Hybrid so looking for remote and onsite capability.
