Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
5 years of experience in people management.
- 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fields.
- Experience supporting and engaging with external customers and experience working with engineers outside your organization.
- Experience in Building for Android.
- Experience working with developers/developer communities.
- Understanding of Games App ecosystem or Payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Solution Consultants (TSCs) that provide Play top developers escalation support, consultation for projects and Work with developers to drive adoption of high quality Play features.
- Establish the TSC team as an expert in the Developer facing products and APIs, and identify opportunities for Google and developers to create better products for users.
- Work with external developers, generate developer insights, create written guidance, write example code, author blog posts, design APIs, propose product changes, influence engineering plans, discover developer stories, and inspire developers.
- Develop an understanding of Google Play’s products/solutions and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for developer reported issues, building tools for faster diagnosis.
- Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, partnership, customer organizations to resolve technical integration obstacles.
