• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ongoing or critical issues.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and general usage of company's software.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
