About This Position
Are you passionate about technology and driven to solve real-world problems? We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—investigating and resolving technical issues, providing feedback to our product team, and supporting developers using our public APIs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Log and track bugs using our internal project management system.
- Collaborate with 1st level support to investigate customer-reported problems.
- Communicate findings and insights to product owners.
- Assist external developers using Elorus public APIs (e.g., https://developer.elorus.com/).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and REST APIs.
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.

- Experience working with or supporting APIs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
- Strong understanding and passion for technology.
